Bozo Porno Circus combine a fetishistic, macabre S & M aesthetic with an industrial, chaotic, hard-driving sound reminiscent of Skinny Puppy and Pigface; much more than just a band, they put on a raucus circus of a live show chock full of leather, masochism, boys in makeup, and girls with power tools! Their sinister mantras of sex and violence spun out of control were first introduced in 1998 with their album Cybersmut, which won awards for "best industrial" title from both Houston newspapers, and since then the group has only grown in popularity, touring their (side)show throughout the U.S. and spawning notoriety and controversy wherever they are.
