Read MoreThe BMW Z3 is again available as a coupe or roadster. The roadster is available with either a 2.5L six-cylinder engine or the newly enlarged 3.0L six-cylinder engine. The coupe, however, is only available with the 3.0L engine. Along with the enlarged displacement comes an extra 32 horsepower and seven foot-pounds of torque. Also standard with the 3.0L are larger brakes,17-inch alloy wheels, and high performance tires. The M Coupe and Roadster offer the highest performance available within the Z3 line. Both M models are powered by a 3.2L, 240-hp in-line six. Additional performance upgrades on the M include dual chrome exhaust, sport-calibrated suspension, and four-wheel ventilated disc brakes.
